MatchPulse: Football Tactics

Privacy Policy

A short policy, because there is very little to describe.

Effective 28 August 2026 · Version 1.0

MatchPulse collects nothing and sends nothing anywhere.

There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no advertising identifiers, no third‑party SDKs and no tracking of any kind. The app contains no networking code, so no information about you or your device can leave your iPhone or iPad through it.

1. Who this policy is from

This policy covers the iOS app MatchPulse: Football Tactics (“MatchPulse”, “the app”). It explains what the app does and does not do with information. If anything here is unclear, write to us using the details in section 10.

2. Information we collect

None. We do not collect, receive, store on our own systems, transmit, sell, rent or share any personal data. Specifically, the app does not gather:

Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to profile, sell, or hand to anyone else.

3. What the app stores on your device

Everything MatchPulse remembers stays in the app's own private storage area on your device. It is not readable by other apps and it is never uploaded. This includes:

You can erase all of it at any time with “Reset everything” in Settings, or by deleting the app, which removes its container along with everything in it.

4. Camera and photos

MatchPulse asks for the camera and photo library only when you choose a feature that needs them, and every bit of processing happens on your device, in memory, in real time.

Kit Forge

You photograph anything, or pick a photo, and the app reads five colours out of the image to build your club's kit. Only the resulting colour values are kept. The image itself is not saved by the app.

Chalk Scan

You photograph a formation drawn on paper and the app reads the marks off the page into pitch coordinates. Only those coordinates are kept. The photograph is not saved by the app.

Pulse Cam

The front camera measures how much movement there is between consecutive frames to charge the Roar meter. Frames are analysed and discarded immediately: no frame is ever written to disk, and no image or video is ever transmitted. Only the resulting meter value is kept.

Manager portrait

If you set a portrait, that single image is stored in the app's private container on your device and nowhere else. You can replace or remove it in the app.

Saving your creations

If you ask the app to save a kit, crest or tactic board, it writes that image to your photo library — that is a copy going out to your library at your request, and requires your permission.

You can withdraw camera or photo permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security, or under the app's own entry in Settings. The features that use them simply stop working; the rest of the app is unaffected.

5. Third parties

MatchPulse embeds no third‑party SDKs, no analytics libraries, no advertising networks, no social logins and no crash reporters. No third party receives data from the app, because the app sends data to nobody.

6. Children

MatchPulse is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. It contains no purchases, no advertising and no communication between players. Since the app collects no personal information at all, it collects none from children either.

7. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, port or delete the personal data a company holds about you, and to object to its sale. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export or delete on your behalf. The data on your device is entirely under your control: “Reset everything” in Settings clears it, and deleting the app removes it.

8. Security

Data that never leaves the device cannot be intercepted in transit or exposed in a breach of our systems, because we run no systems that hold it. On your device, MatchPulse relies on the app sandbox and the file protection iOS provides. Keeping your device passcode and its software up to date is the best protection for the game data stored on it.

9. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes what it does with information, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the effective date at the top will change. Material changes will be described in the App Store release notes.

10. Contact

Questions about this policy, or about privacy in MatchPulse, are welcome at [email protected], or through the support page. We answer every message.
